Art of Hosting is a specific approach for group facilitation and systems change, developed, and curated according to a\u00a0common and open-source model by an international community of practitioners. The Art of Hosting approach invite process participants to join structured\u00a0conversations about matters they are concerned about while facilitators act as hosts. This methodology of engagement is a way to bring people in complex, social systems into convergence on collective actions, with the participants discovering and proposing their own solutions. Specific methods include Open Space, Circles, Appreciative Inquiry, World Caf\u00e9, Fishbowl etc.<\/p>

U Theory<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Theory U\u00a0is a change management method developed by\u00a0Otto Scharmer and his colleagues from the MIT in Boston. The U process shows how individuals, teams, organizations, and large systems can build the essential leadership capacities needed to address the root causes of today\u2019s social, environmental, and spiritual challenges. In essence, Theory U shows how to operate a shift in consciousness from ego-system to eco-system awareness using a structured process and specific methods, such as Social Presencing Theater (SPT).<\/p>

Nonviolent Communication<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nonviolent communication\u00a0(NVC) is an approach to communication based on principles of\u00a0nonviolence. It was developed by clinical psychologist\u00a0Marshall Rosenberg. NVC is a communication tool with the goal of creating empathy in the conversation. The idea is that once there is empathy between the parties in the conversation, it will be much easier to talk about solution which satisfies all parties fundamental needs. The goal is interpersonal harmony and obtaining knowledge for future cooperation.<\/p>

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development and change management born in California in the 70s. It was developed by modeling communicators and therapist who got excellent results with their clients. At the heart of NLP is the connection between neurological processes, language and behavioral patterns learned through experience. NLP models teach how to see problems from new perspectives to find solutions and achieve specific goals.<\/p>
