Passionate about interpersonal collaboration and participatory processes, Marie has worked in the field of development cooperation for more than 15 years and has held various positions at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and at the UN. She recently co-developed the first model of sociocratic leadership in the federal administration for the Knowledge, Learning and Culture Division of the SDC. Marie accompanies teams within their organizations in order to help them unleash their creative potential for innovation by working more organically and mobilizing collective intelligence.
Born in Geneva, Daniel Glinz is an educator, facilitator and professional coach. After his academic studies in oriental languages in the Netherlands, followed by twenty years of experience as a media correspondent in Japan and Hong Kong, as a cultural tour operator in Asia and later as a delegate of the International Committee of the Red Cross (missions in Kuwait, Sri Lanka, China, India, Jordan, Colombia and Mexico), he managed the regional “Learning & Development” units from the ICRC’s Headquarters in Geneva. A certified adult trainer, MAS in Transcultural Communication and Master in Social Presencing Theater, he mainly coaches managers and leaders of multidisciplinary or multicultural teams, as well as people in the midst of a professional transition or reorientation.
